The fit for life program has been designed to stimulate the body to restore correct posture and produce the chemistry needed to feed and restore both body and brain.
We focus on whole body exercises, developing high strength, coordination, flexibility and stamina.
All sessions are supervised with support provided to tailor exercises to suit individual needs, making it ideal for all ages.
Equipment used includes, Bosu, fit ball, med ball, dumbbells, Kettlebells, cable, crosscore, trapeze, rings, ropes and more.
The FFL program allows you the convenience of coming anytime you choose during the session time. It is best to allow an hour for your training.
Personal training can be booked for anytime other than listed session times.
