Kickboxing is a high intensity hour of strength, cardio, flexibility and a tremendous amount of coordination.
Although the sessions are focused on fitness, genuine Mauy Thai is taught, providing a long term benefit in self defence, with safety aids supplied such as wraps, gloves, pads.
We ask that you bring your own drink and training towel with you for all sessions.
Personal training can be booked for anytime other than listed session times.
