Fit for Life

The fit for life program has been designed to stimulate the body to restore correct posture and produce the chemistry needed to feed and restore both body and brain.

We focus on whole body exercises, developing high strength, coordination, flexibility and stamina.

All sessions are supervised with support provided to tailor exercises to suit individual needs, making it ideal for all ages.

Equipment used includes, Bosu, fit ball, med ball, dumbbells, Kettlebells, cable, crosscore, trapeze, rings, ropes and more.

Personal training available by appointment for other than listed session times.
